JONAH
WHEN JONAH DISOBEYED GOD THE WHOLE SHIP WAS IN TROUBLE - It could be dangerous for you to hang around the rebellious. Because when God's hand moves in judgement you may wind up experiencing the same fate. - ".....The sea was getting rougher and rougher. So they asked him, “What should we do to you to make the sea calm down for us?” 12“ Pick me up and throw me into the sea,” he replied, “and it will become calm. I know that it is my fault that this great storm has come upon you.” Jonah 1:11,12- Don't become the "Man Over Board" because of your rebellion to God. “He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.” Proverbs 13:20
The story of Jonah is such a vivid reminder that disobedience doesn't just affect us alone; it can cause storms in the lives of those around us too. Jonah’s rebellion brought danger to innocent sailors who had nothing to do with his calling or his choices, yet they found themselves in the middle of a violent storm because of his disobedience.
— Proverbs 13:20 drives that point home: "He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed." Sometimes, the company we keep can either steer us toward peace or drag us into a storm.
It's a warning and a call to self-check: Am I Jonah in someone else’s boat? Or am I letting a Jonah sail with me, risking my peace?

THE SPIRIT OF GREED
Greed is a fat demon with a small mouth and whatever you feed it is never enough. This repulsive spirit; this demon of the abyss can attach itself to your life. See to it that you "Give no place to the devil." ARE YOU GREEDY? "YOU WOULD KNOW IT IF YOU ARE AND SO WILL GOD. Then He ( Jesus) said to them, “WATCH OUT ! Be on your guard against ALL KINDS OF GREED; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”Luke 12:15 - GREED IS A ENEMY OF GOD. Greed is selfishness. The flesh of a greedy person can never be satisfied. They can never get enough! It's ok to have things in life ; it's when the things have you becomes the problem. God is our source of supply in all things and He has given us provisions. We have dozens and dozens of resources available to us all here on earth. The earth itself has enough resources for every person in it to live comfortably. However there are people in power who choose to hoard it all. This spirit greed upon them in the end will ultimately fail them. Many are trapped in the game of greed. They say get all that you can .. but God will say.....He who dies with the most toys still dies. YOU WILL STAND BEFORE GOD WITH THAT SPIRIT UPON YOUR BACK IF YOU DON'T GET DELIVERED FROM IT. You don't have to have any possessions to be a greedy person all just the heart of it. Ask God to remove this evil spirit from your life and He will but make sure you remove yourself from situations that promote greed. "Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven"Matt 19:23
"Watch out! Be on your guard against ALL kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.” — Luke 12:15
You don’t have to be rich to be greedy.
You just need a heart that refuses to be content.
Greed is selfish. Greed is flesh.
Greed is an enemy of God.
You can have things — just don’t let the things have you.

but the spirit of greed hoards, controls, and destroys.
They say: “Get all you can.”
God says: “You’ll still die with all those toys.”
⚠️ You will stand before God — and if that spirit is still riding on your back, it will testify against you.
🚪 Ask God to deliver you.
🛑 Step away from anything that fuels the fire of greed.

FLEE FORNICATION
- Run from it! Every sin that a man does is without the body; but he that commits fornication sins against his own body. What? Don't you know that YOUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT WHICH IS IN YOU, which you have of God, and you are not your own? – 1 Corinthians 6:18-19. If you are a born again Christian Believer, your body is literally the temple for the Holy Spirit, who you received at the moment you believed in the Lord Jesus Christ. Notice that the the Apostle Paul explains this concept in the context of sexual sin. FORNICATION, which is sexual activity outside of marriage, is just as sacrilegious and disrespectful to the temple of God as setting up satanic altars. How have you treated the temple of the Holy Spirit? Have you protected your body from sin? Have you kept it pure from demonic and satanic influence? Have you kept your eyes and mind away from sinful sexual imagery and thoughts? Have you used your body to seduce others into evil? REPENT BEFORE GOD; ask God to forgive you. - "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1John 1:9 - This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. – Galatians 5:16. TRUE WORSHIP IS NOT TIED TO A PLACE BUT A LIFESTYLE-
The Samaritan woman in John 4:14 said that the ability to worship God was tied to a place. She wanted to know what the best place was to go and to truly worship God. Was it Jerusalem or was it Samaria? She believed as many do today that worshipping God was tied to geography. Jesus said to her yes you are right it is tied to a place but not a geographical one. It is a spiritual place that those who are going to worship me must get into so that they can worship Me in Spirit and in Truth. Worship is a life style and true worship can be whenever and wherever you step into the realm of God's Spirit. His presence makes the difference. - The woman said to Jesus ..."But say, tell me, why is it that you Jews insist that Jerusalem is the only place of worship, while we Samaritans claim it is here at Mount Gerizim, where our ancestors worshiped?” Jesus replied, “The time is coming, ma’am, when we will no longer be concerned about whether to worship the Father here or in Jerusalem. "FOR IT IS NOT WHERE WE WORSHIP THAT COUNTS ,BUT HOW WE WORSHIP"—is our worship spiritual and real? Do we have the Holy Spirit’s help? For God is Spirit, and we must have his help to worship as we should. The Father wants this kind of worship from us. But you Samaritans know so little about him, worshiping blindly, while we Jews know all about him, for salvation comes to the world through the Jews.”John 414-20 Speaking the Truth In Love!


GOD DOESN’T SEE COLOR — HE SEES THE HUMAN RACE
Let’s be clear: God is not color blind—He is color celebrating. He made every shade of skin, every ethnicity, every culture, on purpose and for His glory.
But when it comes to the condition of our hearts, He doesn’t judge by the outward appearance—He looks deeper. He sees the color of sin, and that’s where every human stands on equal ground.
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” – Romans 3:23
“All our righteousness is as filthy rags.” – Isaiah 64:6
It doesn’t matter your background, your skin tone, your culture, or your heritage—we all come to the foot of the cross needing a Savior. There are no spiritual VIPs. We all need grace. And praise God—grace is for all.
GOD MADE US DIFFERENT ON PURPOSE
Yes, God sees color—because He created color. Just as He made flowers in a variety of colors, oceans in different hues, and birds in countless shades—He made humanity diverse, and it reflects His beauty. Our differences are not something to be tolerated—they’re something to be celebrated. And when His children live in unity across these differences, it brings Him joy.
“From one blood He made all nations of men to dwell on all the face of the earth...” – Acts 17:26
We all belong to the same race—the human race. And in Christ, we are one new man, one body, one family.
GOD IS NOT A RACIST, AND NEITHER IS HIS SEED
If God is love—and He is—then those who are born of Him must walk in love. Racism is a work of the flesh. It’s rooted in pride, fear, and ignorance. And it has no place in the Kingdom of God.
“He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.” – 1 John 4:8
“Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar.” – 1 John 4:20
The people of God are people lovers. They don’t care what you look like, they care about who you are—because every soul matters to God.
THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COLORFUL AND GLOBAL
Heaven will not be a place of segregation. It won’t be divided by race, language, or tribe. The Bible gives us a glimpse of the heavenly throne room:
“After this I beheld, and lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands.” – Revelation 7:9
Every nation. Every people. Every language. Worshipping together, as one body, one bride, before one Lamb—Jesus Christ.
SO WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR US TODAY?
It means we must love like Jesus. It means we must speak against racism, division, and hatred—not in anger, but in truth and love. It means we must walk out the Gospel, not just preach it.
Let’s reflect the Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. Let’s be people who love across lines, build bridges, and embrace God’s beautiful, colorful creation.

YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK
Life’s challenges are not supposed to paralyze you. They are supposed to help you discover who you are. Who are you? You are a citizen of heaven. You are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Know this: THE STRUGGLE AND THE PAIN you are in today is developing the strength you need to press through to your tomorrow. Never give up, give out or give into darkness you are more than a conqueror in Jesus! YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT HIM. YOU NEED JESUS like you need oxygen. You were given this life because you were strong enough to live it, so don’t waste it; Trust God! Don't allow the world to blow out your candle. Stir up the gift that is within you (Fan the flames of passion within) 2 Tim 1:6. Understand that your....”True strength" is holding it all together when others would understand if you fell apart. YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK! You are flexible, pliable, unshakable, bendable; unbreakable you cannot be crushed by the temporary affairs and ills of this life. You have a indestructible heredity; you have been chosen by God to win in every area of life. Don't become your own worst enemy by living in denial of who you were created to be. Trust in God in everything you do and NEVER lean to your own understanding. JESUS WILL RESCUE YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN! Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you through your storms. He will be in the fire and go through the fire with you. You have power with God! Learn to "Give God your weakness" and He will give you His strength. IF I REGARD INIQUITY IN MY HEART, THE LORD WILL NOT HEAR ME
The reason for unanswered prayer.
"If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me."
—Psalm 66:18
King David, a man after God’s own heart, also acknowledged his fallen nature:
"Behold, I was shaped in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me."
—Psalm 51:5
There is an important distinction between sin and iniquity:
-
Sin is often visible—it’s the outward, physical act of breaking God’s law.
Examples: Stealing a purse, committing adultery—acts that violate clear commandments such as:
“You shall not steal.”
“You shall not commit adultery.” -
Iniquity, however, is deeper. It’s the hidden condition of the heart—the internal lawlessness that no one else sees. It’s jealousy, envy, bitterness, unforgiveness, and secret hatred. These are not seen by the naked eye, but God sees them all.
Iniquity is more dangerous than visible sin because it lurks beneath the surface, quietly corrupting the heart and waiting for the opportunity to act.
Think of Cain, who killed his brother Abel. Before the act, there was iniquity—unseen resentment building in his heart. God warned him, but Cain ignored it.
“With iniquity, every sin you commit, you commit it first in your heart.”
You think it before you do it. You meditate on it before it manifests. That’s why Jesus said:
“But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”
—Matthew 5:28
The men who wanted to stone the woman caught in adultery (John 8) may not have committed the physical act themselves, but perhaps they harbored lustful thoughts—and Jesus knew it.
God sees everything—He sees the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Of Lucifer, God said:
"You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, until iniquity was found in you."
—Ezekiel 28:15
David, too, experienced this. He allowed iniquity into his heart, which led him to take Bathsheba and have her husband killed. The sword did not depart from his house. But later, in true repentance, he prayed:
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.”
—Psalm 51:10
If you are harboring iniquity in your heart today, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal it and help you remove it. He will. God is merciful and desires truth in the inward parts.
Iniquity is the hidden violation of God’s law—but God sees it all. And the Bible is clear:
“If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.”
—Psalm 66:18
Let us come before God honestly. Ask Him, in the name of Jesus, to cleanse your heart. He is faithful.

THE SIMPLICITY OF THE GOSPEL
“How does the thief on the cross fit into your theology? No baptism, no communion, no confirmation, no speaking in tongues, no mission trip, no volunteerism, and no church clothes. He couldn’t even bend his knees to pray. He didn’t say the sinner's prayer and among other things, he was a thief. Jesus didn’t take away his pain, heal his body, or smite the scoffers. Yet it was a thief who walked into heaven the same hour as Jesus simply by believing. He had nothing more to offer other than his belief that Jesus was who he said he was. No spin from brilliant theologians. No ego or arrogance. No Shiny lights, skinny jeans, or crafty words. No haze machine, donuts, or coffee in the entrance. Just a naked dying man on a cross unable to even fold his hands to pray.”
For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son so that whosoever believed in him would not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
The Thief on the Cross Wrecks Religion.
No baptism.
No communion.
No confirmation.
No speaking in tongues.
No mission trips.
No volunteering.
No church clothes.
Not even a sinner’s prayer.
He was a criminal. A dying man.
And yet —
He believed.
He didn’t climb down and prove his faith.
He didn’t earn a thing.
He just looked at Jesus and trusted Him.
That was enough.
Jesus didn’t take away his pain…
He gave him paradise.
No lights. No hype. No coffee in the lobby.
Just a naked man dying on a cross next to the Son of God.
"For God so loved the world..."
It’s still that simple.
Grace. Alone. Through faith. Alone. In Christ. Alone.


GOD ISN’T MAKING YOU SICK AND HE'S DOESN'T MAKE YOU SICK TO TEACH YOU SOMETHING -
Tradition has some thinking that God chastises His children with sickness. The scripture is quoted, a part of which says, 'Whom the Lord loves he chastens"(Heb 12:6-8). God does chasten those whom He loves, but it does not say He makes them sick. The word chasten here means '"TO INSTRUCT, TO TRAIN, DISCIPLINE, TEACH , OR TO EDUCATE", like a teacher instructs a pupil, or like a parent trains and teaches a child. GOD IS OUR HEALER AND GOD IS LOVE! He doesn't make you sick. If anyone is making you sick it's either you or the devil. Smoking ,drinking, drugs, sugar, salt, lack of sleep, no exercise, anger, unforgiving spirit, stress, worry ( you have heard it said ....."You are going to worry your self sick; and we can). The devil will encourage you to kill yourself if you listen to him. The word of God says .... "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour 1Peter 5:8 - "Give No Place To The Devil Eph 4:27 - Speaking The Truth in Love!

WE MUST OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MAN
Some have asked me my thoughts on Romans Chapter13. “Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God Rom 13:1-7. Yes the Constitution is ordained by God (The higher power) and it should be obeyed. However it’s Interesting that the Bible is filled with Godly individuals who defied authority when they were commanded to do ACTS OF EVIL. Daniel disobeyed Darius and went to the lions den. Moses’ parents hid him from Pharaoh as a baby. Rahab lied to protect the Hebrew spies. Paul was constantly being jailed, beaten, and scourged because he would not stop preaching the Good News. Jesus himself also repeatedly defied the powerful political and religious leaders of his day. So much so, that Jesus finally got nailed to a Roman cross for it! Many religious teachers have not clearly understood Romans 13 in context and some have twisted the scriptures for control by saying evil leaders must be obeyed no matter what (It’s important to include all scripture 2 Tim 3:17,17 in order to understand these scriptures in Rom 13 and not read into them Pauls intent). The fact that God has ordained all authority does not mean all authority should be obeyed. (IT’S SIMPLE: IF THE AUTHORITY IS GOOD THEN IT SHOULD BE OBEYED IF NOT WE SHOULD OBEY GOD) It is right to resist what God has APPOINTED in order to obey what God has COMMANDED. (God’s appointment of Pharaoh, Nebuchadnezzar, Darius, Pilate, Domitian, Bloody Mary, Adolf Hitler, and Idi Amin may be for our testing Deut 13:3) Will we save our lives and submit to the ruling authority, or will we say with Peter, "We must obey God rather than men," and risk our lives for what’s right? When verse 5 says we are to be subject in order to avoid wrath, it means the punishment that comes from wrongdoing, not from obedience to Christ. I Peter 4:15, 16 makes this issue clearer. It says, "Let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or a wrongdoer or a mischief-maker; yet if one suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but under that name let him glorify God." In other words, strive to avoid incurring wrath for wrongdoing, but if doing what Christ demands brings wrath, don't have a guilty conscience, glorify God. Again ….There is no authority except from God. Every leader must humbly confess he or she is where he is by virtue of God's sovereign appointment. Nevertheless, some rulers and governments are good, and some are bad. Some reward the right and punish the wrong. Others do the reverse. Most do a little of both. THEREFORE THE DEMAND FOR SUBJECTION IS RELATIVE, NOT ABSOLUTE. It depends on whether the demands of the governing authorities require us to disobey Jesus. If they do, we will not be subject at that point but will say with Peter, "We must obey God rather than men." We will honor God above the state. But if the demands of the state do not require us to disobey Jesus (as with speed limits, stop signs, income taxes, curfews, building codes, fishing licenses, and many other laws), we will be subject for the Lord's sake 1 Peter 2:13 And it is very important to stress that, just as we may have to disobey the civil authorities for Christ's sake, so all our obedience should be for his sake as well. WE NEVER HAVE TWO MASTERS. All our submission to man is not only limited by the lordship of Christ; it is also an expression of our yieldedness to that lordship. Every time we say yes to any law, it should be a yes to Jesus. “Romans 13 is a treatise by Paul and the Apostles on the institution of model government (Good government). As we rightly divide the word of truth and take this passage in its total context, we will discover seven truths: 1.Good government is ordained by God. 2. Government officials are to be good ministers who represent God. 3. We the people must obey good and godly laws. 4. As we relate Romans 13 to America, our Constitution is the higher power. 5. Good government is not to be feared. 6. In America, we are to pay honor and custom constitutional taxes to whom it is due 7. Government is to protect the righteous and punish the wicked. DON'T WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW!
Let that sink in. This isn't just a suggestion—it’s a command from the mouth of the Savior Himself. He knows us. He knows our tendency to fret, to overthink, to borrow trouble from days that haven’t even arrived. That’s why in Matthew 6:34, Jesus says clearly:
"Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof."
That means today—right now—is enough for you to carry. God gives us daily grace for our daily challenges. He doesn’t hand out tomorrow’s grace today. That’s why worry feels so heavy—it’s trying to live a day that hasn’t even come yet, with strength that hasn’t been given yet.
Is it ever really tomorrow?
Think about that. The idea of “tomorrow” is always just that—an idea. A concept. As soon as you step into what you called “tomorrow,” it transforms into today. You never actually experience tomorrow; you only ever live in today. That’s where God meets you. That’s where His Spirit works. That’s where your peace is found.
“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” (Psalm 118:24)
Not yesterday, not tomorrow—this day, today.
Today Is the Tomorrow You Worried About Yesterday
How many times have you stressed about something that ended up working itself out? Or maybe the thing you feared never even happened. That’s because worry is a thief. It robs your joy, drains your energy, and distracts you from the presence of God right now.
God didn’t design us to live in the future. He designed us to walk with Him one day at a time. Just like the Israelites received fresh manna every morning in the wilderness, God gives us just what we need for this day—no more, no less.
Cast All Your Cares on Jesus—Because He Cares for You! (1 Peter 5:7)
Jesus isn’t distant or indifferent. He cares. He sees. He understands. And He’s already in your today and your tomorrow. So take that heavy backpack of worry off your shoulders and place it at His feet. You weren’t built to carry it—but He is.
So what do we do?
We live today. We trust Jesus. We rest in His care.
We speak the truth in love, just like you're doing now.
Let’s not just hear Jesus’ words—let’s believe them. Let’s live free from anxiety about what hasn’t even happened yet. Let’s lean into the grace of now.


DON'T ALLOW STRESS TO STRESS YOU OUT / DON'T ALLOW STRESS TO ROB YOU OF YOUR JOY / REJOICE IN THE LORD ALWAYS! -
Have you ever had one of those days when nothing seems to go RIGHT? The ALARM CLOCK doesn’t go off leaving you only 15 minutes to get to WORK. After getting ready you RUSH to your CAR only to discover a FLAT TIRE. You hurriedly CHANGE the TIRE and SPEED OFF to work, and then you are PULLED over by the POLICE. After receiving your TICKET you get to work and your boss chews you out. Well, I hope none of you had your day start off this bad but if it you did its over with so don't allow it to stress you out. No!, you don't need a pill or a drink YOU NEED JESUS! " - Call on Jesus to flood your spirit with His presence and begin to REJOICE IN THE LORD! That bible says to "Rejoice in the Lord always". I will say it again: Rejoice! (Why rejoice? because the Word of God says so!....No one got run over; you didn't get fired- You are still here and tomorrow is another day- You have a lot to be thankful for) Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things" Phil 4:5-8 - Know that! ...Stress will kill you. Stress will make you sick and give you cancer....Don't be anxious about anything!!! LET IT GO! Speaking The Truth In Love!


THE FOLDED NAPKIN
Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection?
The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which had been placed over Jesus’ face, was not thrown aside like the rest of the grave clothes. The Bible takes an entire verse to point out that the napkin was neatly folded and placed separately at the head of the tomb. Is that important? Absolutely!
To understand the significance of the folded napkin, you need to know a bit about Hebrew tradition at that time. The folded napkin had to do with the Master and Servant relationship—and every Jewish boy would have known this tradition.
When a servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure it was exactly the way the master desired. Then the servant would wait, just out of sight, until the master had finished eating. The servant would not dare touch the table until the master signaled he was done.
If the master had finished eating, he would rise from the table, wipe his fingers, mouth, and beard, and wad up the napkin, tossing it onto the table. That wad of cloth signaled, “I’m done.” But if the master folded the napkin and laid it neatly beside his plate, the servant would not touch the table, because the folded napkin meant: “I’m not finished yet.”
The folded napkin in the tomb was a message:
“I’m coming back!”
We have this promise—He is coming back!

COALS OF FIRE - UNDERSTANDING THIS METAPHOR -
Jesus said,
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. For in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” —Romans 12:20
I’ve heard this verse quoted more times than I can count—often by Christians praying for their enemies—but, sadly, with the wrong motive. Some use it almost like a spiritual weapon, hoping God will torment their enemy’s soul, burn down their house, cause a car wreck, or bring some other calamity to “serve them right.” In essence, they want to make their enemy miserable, not bless them.
But that is not the heart of this Scripture.
To understand what Paul—and Jesus—meant, we must look at the cultural and biblical context. The metaphor of heaping coals of fire on someone’s head has often been misunderstood in the Western world as a kind of divine payback. But Scripture clearly commands us:
“Do not repay evil with evil.”
“Do not take revenge.”
“Vengeance is mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. —Romans 12:19
Instead, we are called to bless our enemies:

Feed them when they’re hungry.

Give them something to drink when they’re thirsty.

Show them kindness when they expect hatred.
These are all acts of grace and generosity—not vengeance.
So what does it mean to "heap coals of fire on his head"?
In the biblical era, fire was a valuable and necessary resource. People didn’t have lighters or matches. A fire kept burning was life-sustaining—for cooking, warmth, and light. If someone’s fire went out, they would go to a neighbor to request live coals to restart their fire. When a person gave not just one coal, but a full supply—enough to carry in a container on their head, as was the custom—they were giving a great blessing.
So rather than being a metaphor for punishment, the phrase "heap coals of fire" actually implies:
“Bless them abundantly—give more than they asked for.”
It’s a picture of generous kindness, not revenge.
The Lord will handle the justice. Your part is to love.
As Paul concludes in Romans 12:21:
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
This chapter teaches us a powerful lesson in grace, mercy, and generous compassion, even toward those who wrong us.
